Holding our hands to hope

Holding hope

  Breathing in and out heavily

  every single one of us

  hold our hands to hope

  As we bring new memories in

  and throw the old ones out

  to the trash icon in our heads

  Make our way through wild rains

  that were created by our own kind;

  and hope to see a rainbow at the end

  We keep our belief strong;

  that together, we all can cope

  with the tough times that passed by

  Things'll be different this time

  all of us know it and can do anything

  to make a real change in our lives

  and we can start, by holding our hands to hope
