Dropped Kisses

Dropped Kisses

A Poem by Stone Fox
"

When it's right but the timing never is, and all you can do is nearly burst at the urge to press your lips, your tongue, your everything against that person.

"
I leave you kisses everywhere..

I litter them like trash hoping you'll find them-dropping them here and there.
My kisses start to clutter in your absence.
Frustratingly growing into a messy disaster as they mirror stars in the sky.

Shattering a devastating echo of combustible constellations as my lips lingeringly ache for your own.

These kisses are time bombs of passion... ....possibly poison.
I hope you pick each one up cold, naked, and all alone.

A fitting tease for denying me your velvet lips.
Turning me into some pedestrian delivery service, as I drop kisses around a clock.

So I felt the end took a turn, but the poem itself was beautiful. I loved the rhyme, even if you didn't mean to rhyme, and I loved the line "They shatter a devastating echo of combustible constellations". Great words that flowed together perfectly and I liked how you separated that line with all other lines. This was a wonderful poem and I hope to read more from you!

Great theme of the poem made it interesting to read..
The lines are framed in a way that you get pulled into the poem itself..

Keep writing.. looking forward to read more of your works in the near future! :)
