Lines of Division

Lines of Division

A Poem by StunnedByGrace
"

Jews and Gentiles joined as one

"

The sons and daughters of Abraham

Bought by the Blood of the Lamb,

The Jew and Gentile have been joined as one.

A birth of faith has brought us in,

A holy family cleansed from sin

Our lives together beautifully begun.

               Come dance together everyone!

               The work's been finished by the Son;

               The Lord Yeshua’s name forever praised.

               The Jew and Gentile holding hands,

               Rejoicing freely in His plans,

               Lines of division finally erased.

Olive branches from a wild tree

In the True Vine growing naturally,

Ha Shem's wonders never seem to cease.

We are feeding from his roots of love,

Mercy pouring out from up above.

He has given both of us his peace.

               Come dance together everyone!

               The work's been finished by the Son;

               The Lord Yeshua’s name forever praised.

               The Jew and Gentile holding hands,

               Rejoicing freely in His plans,

               Lines of division finally erased.

The centuries of blood and tears,

The raging hearts and icy fears

Melted on the sacred mercy seat.

We bow together on our knees,

New holy hearts replace our pleas.

Messiah saved us all from sure defeat.

                       Come dance together everyone!

               The work's been finished by the Son;

               The Lord Yeshua’s name forever praised.

               The Jew and Gentile holding hands,

               Rejoicing freely in His plans,

                                    Lines of division finally erased.

I do agree that Jews & non-Jews should be connected. However, when lines become blurred & traditions are lost, that's when it becomes an issue.
