Starving Us

Starving Us

A Poem by Annabel Lee

writing a book wont write itself
look at the space for manuscripts on the shelf
sure inspiration takes a fair amount of time
its gonna make me lose my mind
and if you really care why don't you start this
and if you really care why don't you
and if you really care why don't you start this
and if you really care why don't you
know that girl that you have feelings for?
all you've to do is throw open the door
and if she doesn't feel the same
well theres no reason to have shame
and if you really care why don't you start this
and if you really care why don't you
and if you really care why don't you start this
and if you really care why don't you
aching wrists from some endless night
remnants of that self-fight
and its hard to put down the blade
but you cant live your life in shade
and if you really care why don't you start this
and if you really care why don't you
and if you really care why don't you start this
and if you really care why don't you
Theres so much you can do
Don't argue me cause its true
leave the past inside that frame of mind
so in the future we'll make sure you're not blind
and if you really care why don't you start this
and if you really care why don't you
and if you really care why don't you start this
and if you really care why don't you
CHAAAANGE?!
