75 Prayers

75 Prayers

A Poem by Tarry Franck

I had a dream the other night
That it was a must to
Say prayers 75 times
For the sins I have committed
And as I did I blew that many candles out
But I couldn't finish all 75 that night,
Does this mean I let God down
I hope not
I hope he understands it takes longer
Sometimes for people to finish
Confessing their sins
After all I feel it was just a blemish,
It will fade and I will have the strength
To complete what he has set before me
And I will be able to confess these sins
And set this bondage free.

I believe God forgive the honest heart and mind. When we seek forgiveness and walk the good road. God will know and understand. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.

Great inspirational writing, please do more, I am imagining the subject either in a church or blowing out candles on a birthday cake, either way it is moving

Awesome Tarry:) God understand more than we shall ever know, As long as we confess our sins in all we do He is just enough to forgive us all:) Great poem full of mercy and wonder.
