The Princess of EdenA Poem byMystical creatures beyond reality.
Long, magestic locks of hair
Bouncing with her every move She quietly sits on a boulder Crickets creating an orchestra as loud as a snare She sings of a melody An old one, so they say The sun prying for an escape through the clouds As the crolushes* leap from their blue city Turning gracefully Spinning with triumph Splashing back into the pond Leaves of the Zarbi** tree swivel Whistling from the breeze Still singing. she leaps with hope As the rocks tumble on and down the stream Never stopping, the Spotted-nose Wahler*** tweets A warning made A signal she has already been informed of The lush forest now trailing into a gravel path Escaping the hidden treasures Arriving to the bland and remorseful castles Stacked high and white Before the knights would capture her and take her Home...the place engraved with pressure The forest offered her freedom A sense of passion But, as she barely made it home on time... Those feelings would have to wait patiently. *CROLUSHES: A fish, embroidered with swirled designs and a thick, tight-twisted tail. **ZARBI TREE: A tree, of which Zarbi berries (edible) are grown attached to bark. Branches form at end of the leaning tree, while the end branch wraps around the rest to form a swirled design. Leaves dangle from the wrapped tree's bark. ***SPOTTED-NOSE WAHLER: A tall bird, yet with a body formed like a Chickadee. Peacock feathers sprout from the Wahler's crown, while it's long, crow-like spotted beak is an excellent adaption to the Streams. Behind it's plain white wing are small, brown dots lined up artistically. © 2012Author's Note
