A Poem by Scarlett-Helena

The dynamics of an opened vein,
tolerable and excusable, the life-water is submitted into decay.
through processes of comparison and contrast
heartfelt cannibalism is removed.

I miss eating you alive
little gnat-shaped bite marks on your neck
covering your circular insides
springing forth into a gorge that cannot be loved

Having a stomach to be sick to
is taken for granted more than peasants to kings
that sack of organs
sack of fat
sack of human gluttony

An innate shock of animalism I cannot abide
thus waiting for slicker and straighter
while submitting to decay
domesticated self-abuse
wandering and fornicating with forms of love.
