“Dreams” in the Sky

Colorful birds flying in the sky,

to where they are heading and why?

Birds chart their own ways,

their feathers glisten under sun rays.

 

To distant places they fly,

all the limits they defy.

Soaring above the horizon,

against the wind, rising.

 

These are dreams hanging high in wonder,

freely roaming the wild blue yonder,

filled with rainbow hues,

enchanting the eyes with future’s stunning views.
