A Poem by peyton
"

i wrote this about my two friends who wont stop fighting

"
Please stop fighting, you used to be friends!
What happened to the good times? It seems that it had to end.
You won't tell me what you did for her to hate you.
You say you'll ignore it, but anger has begun to create you.

And you! You are not innocent!
You comment on his page with nothing but hate!
You spit at him and snarl; why won't you please end this quarrel?

I am in the middle, hoping for good times. Instead here I am, crying, pouring out my feelings through rhymes.

Stop fighting! I want this to be right!
You push and shove and threat,
all because of something over the internet.

One of you threatens to kill yourself,
the other claims that their life is not well.

Smile, one last time for me.
Or at least pretend to be happy
My friends, I love you so!
But why must you make each other feel so low?

Keep the good work

Once again, BREAK RULES! Don't just write a piece of poetry and try to make it sound how you think a poem should sound.

Words don't have to rhyme. Let go of your emotion.

Please keep writing though

A very worthwhile poem. I felt the struggle and you made the reader feel and understand the emotions. I liked the flow of thoughts leading to the question. I like the poetry that leave the reader with a question. Thank you Peyton for sharing the excellent poetry.
