Melting into green

Melting into green

A Poem by Sarah's words
"

feel the stillness between all living, and all not.

"
I stand next to a tree, my arms bracing it tightly.

I feel my core melting into it's roots.

My limbs sprouting into branches.

My breath catching the pace of the breeze.

I am now the tree.

And the tree is me.

We are all one.

Simple, and true in a way. This reads like a positive affirmation.
