Ye waqt Kisi Ka Nahi na tera na Mera geergit ki Tarah rang badalta

 ye waqt bas usi Ka hai Jo khud ko waqt ke sath badal de ...

Par iss waqt ke sath Jo badal Jaye use ye duniya galat samajhti hai ...

Ab mushkil ye hai ki waqt ka Saath de ya duniya ka...

Duniya ke Saath hame jeena hai or jeene ke liye ye waqt bhi zaroori hai..

Ab agar waqt ka Saath Doon or badal jaun to log matlabi kahenge..

or agar na badaloo to ye waqt badal jayega...

Waqt ke bare Mai BAAT karte karte Mai ye to batana bhul hi Gaya ki 

Mai koun hoon Mai vo lamha hoon Jo na waqt Ka hai

 or Nahi Zindagi Ka Mai to bas ek chhota SA lamha hoon 

Jo sabke Saath rehta hai to kyun na badalte waqt ke badalne 

or khud ko badalne SE pehle hat lamhe ko jee liya Jaye

Wow... beautiful...I love the way, you have expressed your thoughts and your vision through your pen...but I want to give a honest review...and I think there is a dearth of rhyming in this poem...so you should work on rhyming also...
Because only through nice thoughts and beautiful words you can't decorate a poem... Rhyming is also important as it creates a musical effects in a poem...
I hope you will take my review in a positive way..

Liked your concept. It's like 'road not taken' by Robert Frost where one has to choose between two choices. However, you need to work on its flow as it is bit monotonous. Also, use few synonyms of word 'badalna' because wo khi ek time k baad khatakta h......
