Written to express how hard it is to accept the present but eventually we must.

Sometimes the darkness consumes.

My attempt at a limerick.

When someone puts you through so much pain it's hard not to wish it on them.

Sometimes your all isn't enough.

Seems our greatest enemy is ourselves when we let fear control us.

This poem was inspired from a drawing I made of a heart tangled in spider webs. The drawing was inspired by Silverchair's "Black Tangled Heart".

I wrote this poem one night with nothing really in mind. Was determined to write about nothing and one of my favorite poems came from it.
