Hi Everyone,

There's a new post up on The Writers' Block. In the interview conducted w/ Ellen Datlow, she gives some insight into what writers can do to increase their chances of selling their work. She's an award-winning editor of, most recently, The Year's Best Fantasy and Horror (going into it's 20th year). She's won several Bram Stoker awards and seven World Fantasy awards.
