I've got some things in mind for this group, but i'd like to hear a few ideas as well. What is missing from your life (or just other groups) that you'd like to see more of? certain Games, or Contests perhaps?

But yes, group contests and prompts would be a great idea. What I try to do with my group is get everyone to be as active as I can using the forum and sending mail every now and then to get responses from the members.
