Your child will think he's getting away with something when you give him pizza for breakfast.

4 whole-wheat English muffins, split & toasted

4 tbsp. pizza sauce

2 slices Canadian-style bacon, cooked & cut into strips

1 sm. tomato, thinly sliced

1/2 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

1.  Spread the cut sides of 4 of the muffin halves with a tbsp. ea. of pizza sauce.  Divide bacon strips, tomato slices, & shredded cheese among muffins.  Place muffin top on ea. 1/2.  Wrap ea. pizza muffin in aluminum foil & refrigerate overnight.

2.  To serve, unwrap ea. sandwich & heat in the microwave on high for 1 min. to warm.  Makes 4 servings.

Nutrition per serving:  203 cal., 13 g. pro., 5 g. fat, 31 g. carbs., 305 mg. calcium, 5 g. fiber.
