1 c. bottled chili sauce

1/4 c. prepared horseradish

1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce (optional)

1.  In sm. bowl combine chili sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, & hot pepper sauce.  Season to taste w/ salt & blace pepper.  Store, refrigerated, up to 1 wk.

Makes about 1-1/4 c.
