Perhaps each member could invite one person to join.  Another suggestion is create a "letter" for the group highlighting diffrent writer works making suggestions on how to create better characters/plots/conflict, and maybe even a large collaborative section where the members create something together.  I dont know if any of that will work but it sure as hell cant hurt.

Good Suggestion. I think i'll make a group contest based just on that group effort thing you suggested. Just need to think of a contest title and prize for everyone that joins in. hehe.
