Here are some MCG websites I know of. Feel free to comment with any MCG websites you know too.

Inkle is a user friendly tool for writing an interactive story. 
ChoiceScript is not as user friendly, but allows for more complex story boards and stat pages.

It would also be possible to create an interactive story directly in Writer's Cafe. At the end of a story, give the reader options which will be hyperlinked. This could get messy though, so I recommend InkleWriter - or try a different system and let me know how it goes.
