With all the recent talk there has been, about climate change, global warming, ect., I thought we could get into Russia and America�s use of climate control as a weapon.
Droughts kill.
Floods kill.
Heat kills.
Freezes, hurricanes, tornadoes, just name it.

Not to mention-
- the new strings of germs, bacteria and diseases that come with all this catastrophe. They all Kill.

They�ve used climate control as weapons before.
What I want to know is this- Are they still? If so, why hasn�t it been stopped?

OR...
Has the damage already been done?
