Internet Access: The Writer's Tools To Being Read. Forum Poetry Translations

Where is the best place on the net to get your poems translated? I know that the tranlation sites are not good as they are literal, and I started a group Babel Club here to help, and also a babelclub on but its hard to get people together to help out each other.

Has anyone else found a place that works on that basis?
