Is chivalry a lost art form, or is there still hope?

I think that it's barely surviving and we need more people who are willing to be chivalrous. What do you think and how can we solve this?

Like most things in our country, values are lost to technology and a more liberal mind set, where freedom of thought and actions are rewarded more than traditions.  Our roles have changed since the days of Knights and heavenly armored horses, where honor and bravery was the focal point of what a man was about.  There were less distractions back then, no xbox or playstation or Avatar Movie to see.  No mass communications to brain wash us into how to think.  Back then we learned from our families, our friends and community on how to behave and what to believe.  Today we are floated with so much information, different opinions and new thoughts that we have lost track of those things of old.

Is chivalry dieing?  I think it passed away the day the internet was born.

I think chivalry does still exist, but it is difficult to find. If today's society would teach their sons to respect women and manners, chivalry might live on. There are some men out there who are kind and respectful to women and can treat them with respect. You can probably learn chivalry when you grow older too. If men start doing more respectful things to women, such as opening doors and helping them if they see that their car is stuck, then mayb chivalry will be able to survive.
