Thank you all for responding to the answer I got from Charlie.
So far I have received a variety of responses and I am still waiting for more before I send out a new letter to Charlie.

I find all your responses to be constructive, albeit displaying different opinions!
That is what makes life interesting!
However, it will be not so easy to construct a coherent and structured response from them, though it is my goal to communicate them all to the moderators.
