I agree, a sestina would be an interesting challenge.

I once loved a girl named Sestina...she told me, "I love Arnaut Daniel, not you." Then, in the following order:

"You I not love Daniel, Arnaut."
"Arnaut you Daniel, I love not."
"Not Arnaut love you I Daniel."
"Daniel, not I Arnaut you love."
