Write a black-hearted Valentine -- something dreadful and/or tragic

Here's my Black Valentine :D

Our hands meet
And my heart paused
Not for too long
Just for a second
I know who you are
I have heard of you,
I can’t look up
Your eyes will blind me
Capture me… control me.

Your hands are cold
There’s a ring on your finger
You’re married, perhaps
I also have a ring
However, I don’t recall being married
I am a single lady
With a heart that loves to fly
With no string attach
If you aren’t mine,
Then to who do you belong?

No matter what I try to do
I need to look at you in the eyes
For there is no other way
For me to know your name
Please be gentle
Do not play your game with me
My heart won’t survive if you do.

My hands are shaking
You are indeed mine
My partner, my love
My best friend
How could I have forgotten you?
On this very special day
Valentine’s Day
Why are you so still?
Why haven’t you make a move?
Are you playing with me?
Please don’t!

There’s blood
Too much blood
There’s smoke and rain
There’s a car…
We ArE iN a CaR!
Can you breathe?
Oh GOD…
I think my husband is dead!
THE END

I'm confused, RW. Why is Tate's "Bear" poem a black Valentine?
