Traditional Printing and Publishing

Ok I'm starting this thread to be geared toward "traditional" print. i.e. Draft goes to agent, goes to publisher, goes to store blah blah blah. Post your suggestions here. Let us know of a good agent, maybe even genre specific, or a publisher that is fresh and receptive. Try to include the genre though and let us know if there is a genre out there that needs writers! (My guess is teenage vampire stories are probably okay here:)

Anyways fire away!

I skipped the agent because of being the starving poet type.  But I think someone starting off to begin with should hit up Publish America.  They have been professional and they don't charge.  www.publishamerica.com   They have easy submission requirements.

i am not sure what you are asking exactly but I will try to help.  I think if you are wanting to obtain a copyright I would check with the copyright office.  Here is the link
