Recipes For the Soul Forum taco mac & cheese

this is quick and easy and a different way to make mac & cheese my kids and niece and nephew loved it

Ingredients
2 lb elbow macaroni
2lb ground beef browned with 1 or 2 packs taco season depending on your test
4cups taco shredded taco cheese
onions
green peppers
caned tomatoes
mushrooms all of these vegetables are optional if you like them brown them with your meat
1 1/2 cups milk
4tablespoons butter

Directions
cook macaroni as directed on the box drain. brown the ground meat and vegetable add seasoning mix add macaroni into a baking dish stir in ground meat mix top with cheese milk and butter and mix well cover bake 1/2 hr to 1 hr mixing every 15- 20 min to mix and melt cheese
