Romancing The Pen Forum Challenge #2...Links

Hello everyone,

I hope you each are well and enjoying your weekend. I apologize for the delay in getting challenge #2 out to you. Due to health issues, I was under the weather for a few days. Also, I was gone last weekend to a family wedding. Thank you all who particpated in challenge # 1.

Challenge two has two parts. You can pick and chose whichever you wish to do. Part A of this challenge is a photo challenge. Using the photo below you must write a Nonet. Now, I have posted information on this style in the group library as well as a example of how to write one. With Part B, you must write a sonnet about summer. BOTH examples of a Nonet AND Sonnet can be found in the group's forum under the thread "Examples in writing styles." Still, if you have any questions, please PM me.



There are no time limits to complete a challenge, but starting next Saturday, I will send PM's for challenge #3 to keep the group going. I look forward to reading each of your submmissions

I want to personally thank Poetpiers for his dedication to this group. He has listed wonderful examples of poetry styles and has shared his knowledge with the group unselfishly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I hope you know that you are the light to this group.
