Scenarios Forum Scenario 7

You have been arrested in a maximum security prison and put in solitary confinement and sentenced to the death for killing the president (Which you didn't really do as you are a peace-loving person). You have one superpower of your choice that isn't invincibility, invisibility, the ability to manipulate the elements, or mind control. How do you escape? (Remember, you hate violence)
