I was thinking of that scene and there was a really powerful electromagnet that she gets attached to (ya know, cybernetics) and that's where she does that monologue to ketil that I put on the quote doc

they're the first to die, so none of our characters can die there

And no, none of our ppl would die there. Obviously.

If the reason behind it is Z equality, then making them fight against each other until there's only one left standing is not equal, they all have to have an equal chance to make it out of there. So, they fight a champion, a monster, a giant creature bred for fighting

i was thinking that a group of our characters should get kidnapped at the beginning and be sent into the arena to face a Xisant and they kill it, which is pretty much a first, so the zrikryb grudgingly let them live, and they're allowed to be in the Zrikryb base, and Rkona is put in charge of them, and he helps them escape when his army is sent to terra (that wasn't it, i just made that up now)

I have a Z character, right? Remind me who they are?

but later those two, along with the few other shifters that are loyal to the zrikryb, are really high in the government system
