The Committee Forum Kanye West at the 09' VMA's

For those of you who watched the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, you may have remembered what Kanye West did to Taylor Swift. Taylor won the best female music video, she walks onto the stage with a smile on her face and a song in her heart, she grabs her FIRST EVER VMA award and the microphone, she was about to say her thank you and acceptance speech when Kanye walks up to her and yanks the mic from her and saying something that I can't remember at this moment. Kanye took up the whole 60 seconds of Taylor's speech time. When he gave the mic back, Taylor's time was up and can never give her speech and thank you's for her VMA Award. Apparently Kanye was intoxicated when he did the crime.

I leave the verdict to you, whether Kanye is innocent or guilty and give what his punishment should be if this was presented as a court session.
