The End is Nigh Forum Need a Title

I have this concept for a book I've had for a while and I plan on writing it when I have the time, but I can't think of a good title. It's about a mysterious sound being heard throughout the world that causes everyone over the age of 16 to suffer a fatal brain hemorrhage. The story revolves around a group of children in a small town trying to survive in a world without adults.   Any thoughts or suggestions are very much appreciated.
