The Group Book Writer's Forum Ideas

So if anyone has an idea post it here.

You group sounds like fun.  Am I correct in thinking that someone would start a story and each member continue it for a page or chapter etc?
I have done this with friends but verbally. It is fun but there may need to be some parameters.
