4. Watch what you eat, drink and even brush your teeth with. Look up the side effects of Aspartame, the sweetener found in most gum and beverages. Also, look up the side effects of Fluoride, found in toothpaste and OUR drinking water. Most of the things we are putting in our body are poisoned. Why?  For population control. These poisons will either kill a lot of us off or cause us to be sterile and unable to reproduce.
