Writer's Block Clinic Forum Suggestions to work through wr..

I'm new here, but I've joined this site because I want to get back into writing. It's been a few years and I miss it dearly but I just don't know what to write about. I have a few ideas but I'm always worried they are simply not good enough. Should I just start working on them and flesh them out anyway? Or do some of you have some exercises you do to help you work through it?
