Writer's Cafe Mentorship (WCM) Forum Just what I need

Recently retired, forced but eagerly accepted, I find that the long dormant desire to write has awoken in me.  Most of my stories are the results of my dreams, although some are based, loosely, on my life which, as the Chinese saying goes, has been 'interesting'.

I have the aspiration, but that is not enough.  I need guidance.  Anybody out there feel up to the task?
