Writers Who Have Just Begun Forum Bored face alpha :D

So today I registered and wrote my first piece of pretty much all time. All I want to know is how many others started writing and adding stuff only because they were unbearably bored? Or for what other reasons have you joined this site? ^^

I started writing because I intend to get published and I joined this site hoping to get noticed, hopefully by a literary agent.

I want to get better with my writing. Im not very good or at least I don't Know if i'm good or not so i figured learn and have a friend net to catch and support me.

I love writing and like getting reviews, but my friends and family are pretty biased so I thought this would be a good idea ^^

Well, I'm just 14 and my mom and my teachers say I'm good at poetry and writing, So I was like "Hey. I have the internet. Why not take advantage of that and make my poetry and name Google-able" lol, right?

I joined because I am extremely nervous about showing any of my writing, I really hope I can get over that here....
