Writing Challenges For Dummies Forum Purpose Of The Group

So for the new people here is a run down on how things work here. A member of the group (randomly selected by me and I will try to be fair) will post a scenario. Such as "A guy and girl are locked in a store in a mall overnight." and then all the members of the group get two weeks to write a story based around this scenario. We come back and post them for all the members to read and compare.

The stories you write are not limited to any genre. If you like horror then try to write a horror story about a guy and girl locked in a mall. If you write romance then write a romance story about a guy and a girl locked in a mall. The only requirement is that you stick to the scenario. Anything else is all up to you.

The idea is to have a wide variety of perspectives on the same scenario. We want to see how different people may view the same scenario differently. We want a wide range of genres and situations. So get that thinking cap on as the next person that may be called on for a scenario might be you.
