Good Night, Little One

Good Night, Little One

A Poem by ~ Czarina Iris ~
"

Shh, little one, he can hear you weep. Please stop your crying. Please go to sleep.

"

Good night, little one,

It's time for bed.

The sky is dark,

The sun has fled.

The moon has risen,

The stars are out,

The streets, they are empty,

The lights are all out.

Hush, little one,

It's time to sleep.

Quiet down now,

Not a single peep.

Curl up under the blankets,

Close your eyes tight,

Your room is safe from

Things that go bump in the night.

Shh, little one,

He can here you weep.

Please stop your crying.

Please go to sleep.

The shadows that stalk you,

The demons that creep

Will all disappear

Once you fall asleep.

Good night, little one,

Rest your weary head.

The world is less scary

From your own comfy bed.

Here in your room

You're safe from your fears,

Nothing can harm you

As long as you're near.

Sleep, little one,

And dream pleasant dreams,

Just remember one thing

Nothing is what it seems

The outcome of Mamma Mia and Little Women?
Clearly something is very wrong with that but oh well.
