Death Of The Fame Model

Death Of The Fame Model

A Poem by abderrahmane dakir

You saw the models in the magazine,
Then you decided to be skinny and thin.

You hear the criticism of your friend,
And believe unrealistic bodies portrayed,
by pretty much retouch that fake image is built.

You like to be attractive and cheered,
You no longer eat nor cheese nor bread.

For those guys or your self-image.
You put pressure on yourself to lose the weight,
You felt full of joy to be famous over the world.

Now, all people in any crowd you are recognized,
You are tired and sick of how you looked,
You obsessed at looking to yourself in the mirror,
You live for others, and you are is forgotten,
You suffer from kidney, so you are anorexic,
Your mind and your body are slowly in death,
Your image is in all top magazines,
You died in your youth age is shamed,

My wish is to tell you
Dealing with the criticism,
Making you comfortable in your skin,
Hearing to your mind,
Loving yourself as you are,
But I'm late.
Excuse me I'm too late.
