Split Summer

Split Summer

A Poem by Jillian
"

not the best flow, but whipped it out at 1 o'clock so give me a break

"

I draped myself across your chest,

Your heart beat to mine.

I felt it in my lungs and breast,

Crawled to my jawline.

Your hand slid through my thigh,

peeling off the film.

Weeping for our missed July,

keep my heart in your kiln.
