a poem to my newborn first grandson, Lucas...

a poem to my newborn first grandson, Lucas...

A Poem by Firestone Feinberg
"

On March, 2013, we got the best gift in the world: our first grandchild... a boy named Lukas. The picture is of him the day after he was born. We intend to spoil him rotten.

"

I hold an angel close to me --
His head upon my arm --
Pretending I protection be --
Him keeping free from harm.

But as we are -- I see there is
No safety in this room --
Compared to comfort once was his --
Inside dear mother's womb.
