Another note of sadness sounds

Another note of sadness sounds

A Poem by Firestone Feinberg

Another note of sadness sounds
As someone goes from here --
Across the bridge -- beyond the bounds --
Transcendent and unknown...

So slowly comes a melody
Defying catch by ear
Though carried in tranquility --
Eternally alone.

D...yes to this one. An unusual rhyme scheme too. I don't usually care for rhyme all that much...seems too obvious to my ear...but this one is so different and subtle. Well done...bobc

Yeah. I was trying to do something a little different with the rhymes. Glad you like it. Hope all.. read more
i can feel their journey with this piece...wow, you really are vivid in the picture you paint..the passing over of a spirit in death..that lonely journey for both that person and also those left behind.

You amaze me Jacob. You understand me better than I understand myself. Thank you. --D
