Himachal government claims open

The claims of cooking gas connections with all the families of the government in Himachal Pradesh are now open.
One such case has come up in the Nachan Assembly constituency of Mandi, the home district of CM Jairam Thakur.
On December 27, during the two-year celebration of the BJP government, Union Home Minister Amit Shah had announced LPG gas connections to all families in the state from Ridge Ground.
According to the information, Santi Devi, a 60-year-old widow from Bharjwanu village of Jugahana Panchayat under Sundernagar subdivision of Mandi, has two grandchildren.
Free gas connections have been distributed to the people under the housewife facility scheme. But this family still cooks on the stove.
