Rose Garden

Rose Garden

A Poem by AWickedMoon
"

In memory of Clement Alexander Patterson. A very special Granddad

"

Rose Garden.

I remember walking through your beautiful garden.

The sunlight drifting down through the tree casting dabbles of light on magnificent.

Shades of pinks, yellows, oranges and reds speckled the yard.

Rows and rows of prize winning roses grew. The love and care you gave shining in every petal.

So beautiful to even hold a wedding.
And fun enough for birthdays.

Such a beautiful gift you gave to the world along with your smile and laughter, your love and care. We will always remember your precious gift.

Thank you for giving me such wonderful memories. I will always love you.

Your loving granddaughter Jade.

I loved your poem, Wicked. My grandmother had a lovely garden just outside her back door, next to her fish pond. Your imagery is very good, it reminded me of that garden. Very well done...
