Distinctive Desires of a Delusional Mind

Distinctive Desires of a Delusional Mind

A Poem by Jim_F
"

As with most of my work; I chose to write about what captures my interest and this came from watching the news and realizing all the problems that are thrown at us.

"

I want to wake up EVERY single time.

I want to take a deep breath EVERY day.

I want to see the world in EVERY way.

I want to wear tights and a cape, abolishing EVERY crime.

I want this for me and I want this for you.

The word Want is a powerful word that can make miracles come true.

Forget finding the Holy Grail I want to create my own.

Is there is a panacea, possibly not. But who needs one, we will live on.

Every disease, murder, death in this world, Gone.

Forget overpopulation, make the world a larger place to live.

Pollution, did I hear that right, not an emission to give.

Scriptures, manifests, cultures, I say peace to all, no matter what they are a part of

or what they have believed. Forget war. Give all a new chance.

It's the new era and all have been reprieved.

I don't want to .do anything wrong, my conscience is a fruit that will never become rotten.

I don't want to make another foolish decision, I only want to make the right one.

I don't want to ever have a stale or rainy day, only sunny clear skies begging for fun.

I don't want to ever feel down ridden, down trodden, left alone and forgotten. I want to be a part of something bigger than the biggest, with no ideas misbegotten.

It is my mind, my delusion and desire.

It's what I want and what the world needs.

Can you imagine the world we would live in

if we used lukewarm water instead of fighting fire with fire.
