The Nature of Our Love

The Nature of Our Love

A Poem by indiscreetis
"

To the man who plunges into my soul for a swim and doesn't dip when his fingers begin to prune.

"
As east runs to west,
And the tide to the shore
My heart beats for you,
I will always love you more

The light that illuminates my smile
Is so bright that it erects a sun dial.
Standing tall, ticking in time with my heart
As if each second feeds on my pulse
Counting the time I've been alive at your side.

Ah the simplicity of love in these sweet words. There's nothing better then a lovely poem professing your love to a specific person. Very nice work, I loved it!
