Junkions: Transformers Dragon

Junkions: Transformers Dragon

A Story by Abishai100
"

The unusual species of the Junkions live on a planet of metal junk and are quickly-healing mechanic-robots who defy deformity.

"
An affable love-letter to the unique robot-species known as the mechanic Junkions (Transformers), who seem to embody our values regarding conserved dreams. It's been so hard finding the right coda or frequency of writing in short-stories to retire with, but I think this one captures all my general sci-fi fanfiction interests in universal values/diarism. Thanks for reading,

Minmay traveled to a faraway planet called Junk, comprised of just floating scrap metal collected onto the surface of the unique planetary body, creating a giant pile of reworkable metal. Minmay was on a mission from Weyland, riding on the spaceship Sulaco to deliver a terrible omen about the deadly alien race called the Red Xenomorph. She believed she was delivering a saintly message to the planet.

MINMAY: My spaceship Sulaco has flown well and on-time and is set to land on the planet Junk, since I'm flying it well!

When the idealistic young female space-traveler Minmay noted the planet Junk, she decided it really was like an anti-Saturn planet-body in space floating around like a simple graveyard of universe floating scrap-metal parts, parts of exploded spaceships destroyed in the great Invid-Wars recently. The planet Junk looked like the opposite of a moon or a pizza.

MINMAY: I get off my Sulaco spaceship and am greeted by a very eccentric race of robots called Junkions who greet me.

The Junkions seemed to communicate by forms of learned speech extracted from Earth-TV! These eccentric robots spoke with extracted scenes and dialogue from canonical Earth TV series like Buck Rogers and Battlestar Galactica. The idealistic human female space-traveler Minmay recognized these 'Junkions' were like musical mechanics of the floating planet Junk, a large dirty 'pizza' of collected space-war debris. The Junkions had designed and engineered their own vehicles and bikes on Junk and could even repair from damages incurred quite quickly, using the scrap-metal parts they carried with them like survival back-gear.

The Junkions were both male and female in gender and very clever in speech. They liked quoting iconic speeches or scenes form favorite Earth sci-fi TV series Minmay watched growing up, before she became part of the integral Weyland space-exploration unit dealing with this terrifying new alien species called the Red Xenomorph which exhibited explosive saliva and acidic blood. The male/female leaders of planet Junk informed Minmay that the dreaded Red Xenomorph ('RX') was a being to be considered antithetical to their special and friendly brand of universal greeting.

The Junkions liked to mine diamonds from coal on Junk too. They also created fantastic machinery on Junk using the scrap-metal collected by their pizza-planet's gravitational orbit or pull. They taught Minmay about the intrinsic beauty of reusing materials to fashion real treasures in a universe otherwise filled with pollution...and wars. They're really unusual robots with a great smile regarding mining and mechanics.

When Minmay returned to Earth, she commissioned a new series of special robot-toys modeled after this fantastic Junkion species on the faraway planet of Junk. She reasoned to herself that if humanity was consumed by this Red Xenomorph ('RX') species despite its great achievements in sci-fi and space-travel developed in legendary schools like CalTech, Dartmouth, the Smithsonian, and Fredericksburg, then it would still praise its contact with this very treasure-conscious and metal-conservative affable robot species on the planet Junk called the Junkions!

MINMAY: We'll commission a new 'fleet' of gasoline trucks and model-toys for capitalism-revelry, in memory of Junk!

Would humans become a planet of victims because of the Red Xenomorph ('RX') species? Would Minmay always remember how the affable Junkion robots were advocates of championing magic and machinery in the face of war/deformity? Would she reach out to other women on Earth in this new sci-fi praise of a robot-species capturing a woman's general fascination with planetary conservation?

JUNKION: The greatest threat to the organic existence in this known universe is the alien who creates unchecked dollars.
