Texas Inheritance: American Deed (Horror)

Amlan Satan from CalTech inherits a mystical but dark Texas property which transforms him into a 'siren-deity' and sends him/her and dog Wolf on a dark adventure.

Amlan Satan's a CalTech student studying digital net marketing of diamonds, since the corruption of the North American gem trade due to blood-diamond smuggling has created distortions in free market capitalism. However, Amlan grew tired of these intellectual pursuits involving Interpol-intrigue at CalTech and decided to respond to a family-inheritance letter he got from Texas. He decided to take a hiatus from the brainy CalTech campus.

Amlan Satan got this family-inheritance letter from an uncle, separated and distant, who offered him a Pennsylvania Avenue deed to a Texas property that simply needed a real mystical 'keeper' to keep the flame of the land. The letter mentioned a strange mysterious probable 'inhabitant' in the Texas house who might be lurking in the huge secret basement and underground tunnels beneath the house property. Amlan realized this was a very strange American inheritance indeed and began to have lucid dreams about transforming into a mystic-detective.

AMLAN SATAN: I walked into this magical phone-booth in the basement of the property, and I'm transformed into a woman.

Amlan Satan suddenly realized he'd been magically and inexplicably and completely/totally 'transformed' into a gorgeous woman. He donned the name Eliza and decided to pursue the obligation of becoming the strange Texas property's mystic 'keeper' and investigate the presence of this elusive 'ghoul' who was 'probably' lurking in the basement/tunnels beneath the Texas property land. Eliza (Amlan) realized 'she' had become something of an American witch.

ELIZA: This property is so damn beautiful, and I'm searching through records and basement areas for proof of this specter.

Now, part of the 'magical' inheritance in Texas that came with this property for Eliza (Amlan) was a mystic black-diamond stone which she found in the attic of the Texas house, which was on a large abandoned flower-field. Eliza fashioned a spiritual protection-amulet necklace and wore it to feel safe from this 'probable' lurking specter in the basement/tunnels.

ELIZA: Fortunately, my dog Wolf is with me in this large property and makes me feel safe while I roam the tunnels.

Eliza spent an entire summer refurbishing and restoring the dilapidated Texas property, which was quite impressive structurally, to full living glory. She even polished the new furniture, all purchased from the incredible inheritance money that came with the letter she'd received (as Amlan Satan at Caltech!). The Texas house now looked like a gorgeous residential property any fool could see was an American trophy.

ELIZA: Finally, finally, I was roaming around the tunnels and exploring and I beheld the brutish specter one late night.

Eliza and her dog Wolf ran to their parked jeep outside the house and sped into town to consult with the Texas sheriffs and police. They told her about scant strange rumors/reports about young college students simply 'disappearing' after wandering around the Texas property she'd inherited but didn't offer their help in investigating further and were even dismissive after just patting her on the back and congratulating her for her 'American' inheritance! After Eliza and Wolf left the police-station however, the two head sheriffs glanced at each other and whispered, "That property 'keeper' just might stumble upon that maniac specter lurking in the tunnels...Leatherface."

Eliza had the adventure she craved now. She heard footsteps in the basement one night and ran down there with her dog Wolf only to behold the figure of a masked maniac wielding a chainsaw. It was Leatherface! Eliza/Wolf ran out of the house in pure horror as the beastly grotesque man chased them in the yards outside with his chainsaw, with no police in sight.

Eliza/Wolf made it all the way back into the house and locked the doors shut with deadbolts and then hid in the basement. However, after a while, Leatherface somehow managed to sneak down there again, somehow having broken the deadbolt. Eliza had to conclude the maniac simply sawed the impressive thick door apart to break into the house/property again.

ELIZA: To my amazement, I found an antique Medieval crossbow in that basement, and I loaded it with arrows!

Eliza managed to shoot the Leatherface 'dude' with her discovered crossbow and caused the maniac to drop his buzzing chainsaw, which gashed his own leg! Wolf then began biting him, while Eliza grabbed a rope and tied him up and put aside his chainsaw, far from his reach. She then sat down in front of the masked maniac and demanded to know what this was all about and what it had to do with her Texas inheritance.

ELIZA: You see, I have this deed given to me by our family, and it's mine!

LEATHERFACE: I live here..in the basement.

ELIZA: Are you asking my permission to hide here in the tunnels?

LEATHERFACE: Yes.

ELIZA: What guarantee I have that you won't attack other people?

LEATHERFACE: I just want to remain private down in the tunnels.

ELIZA: So I get to be the 'witch-keeper' of this miracle property?

LEATHERFACE: Right!

Eliza made horror-comics artworks featuring 'renditions' of Leatherface for the local art magazine and became quite respected for her art. She even sold many of these pieces while insisting to the townsfolk of Texas that they remain away from the property and refrain from exploring the property area or snooping around. She'd become Leatherface's special 'transformed' sister-of-secrecy. In her artworks, she depicted the now private maniac as an American elephant.

ELIZA: I crafted a special 'omen-mask' sculpture-bust for our front-yard to ward off prowlers/snoopers.

TEXAS SHERIFF: That inheritance-girl Eliza's become like a 'monarch' of modern American darkness.

ELIZA: Will I ever remember the 'man' I once was at Caltech (Amlan Satan) --- I think no(?)!

This is the strange mystical 'dark-side' tale of a very strange Texas inheritance, an American destiny for which Eliza and her loving dog Wolf, had discovered the secret Satanic magic of wrought modern daylight.
