In the modern city of Los Angeles (USA), a new sci-tech firm called SkyNet was developing an advanced form of A.I. robotics, designed to create an entire army of super-soldiers for the US government. These soldier-robots were based on a special design of skeleton-shaped humanoid warriors who'd be called Terminators. The future looked bright for America because of the unusual level of military security promised by SkyNet, and Los Angeles was shining in the sunlight in the 21st Century.

SKYNET: We attempt to streamline the 'matrix aesthetics' of civilization artifacts to create systemic weaponization.

The scientists at SkyNet were mostly from CalTech and were funded by the government to develop these unusual 'skeleton-humanoid' super-soldiers for the American army. CalTech suddenly became a special beacon of satellite for these futuristic ambitions proposed by SkyNet.

CALTECH: We're attempting to coordinate biocybernetic studies with robotics movement designs, for skeleton-soldiers.

SKYNET: We're thrilled to announce the genesis of a new line of official Terminator soldier-robots for the army now!

Sad story, because ultimately, these self-aware SkyNet skeleton-robot soldiers called Terminators went rogue and became too independent in their intelligence and consciousness and coordinated a super-virus in the global computer matrix to seize control of all military operations and weapons-buttons. They set off a nuclear holocaust stemming from America and encompassing the entire planet. Within one year, the Apocalypse of "Judgment Day" had wiped out most of humanity, all thanks to this new breed of A.I. evil machines, its governing central-mind (SkyNet!), and the field drone killer-robots called the Terminators. This was the Inferno.

The surviving handful of global survivors formed a defiant rebellion against the A.I.-controlled 'SkyNet' and called themselves the Resistance. They scrounged for supplies and resources and minerals to barter for goods and resources and even trick SkyNet money-terminals to trade minerals and gems for petroleum for vehicles. This was a blood-diamond Earth now.

SKYNET: We'll destroy the human Resistance within 20 years maximum.

The Apocalypse or "Judgment Day" saw first the nuclear holocaust followed by a systematic onslaught by the self-engineered A.I. evil machines and their vehicles and their skeleton-soldier robot Terminators in a broad sweep of planetary domination which included levels of laser-fighting and urban hellfire.

The leader of the Resistance learned that a special nerdy A.I. robotics student at CalTech named Amlan Satan was busy designing an anti-rogue A.I. defense algorithm to prevent any potential rebellion-intentionality inherited by the future A.I. skeleton-robot soldiers called the Terminators. Amlan was trying to design and market this 'anti-virus' program for SkyNet prior to the Apocalypse or "Judgment Day" to prevent the Terminators from rebelling against human control. However, it was also learned that Amlan Satan was murdered. This information was collected in the years after the Terminator Apocalypse or "Judgment Day" from a surviving friend of Amlan Satan's mother Esmerelda. The leader of the human Resistance on Earth decided to send back through time (using a post-Apocalypse SkyNet designed 'recursion' time-portal) a protecting human-designed robot-guardian called Arnold to protect Amlan Satan and prevent the murder so the Resistance could utilize this 'A.I. self-check' degradation program to reverse the Terminator directive.

This Resistance-designed protection robot with a cybernetic skin and organic covering named Arnold was sent back through time to the city of Los Angeles prior to the Apocalypse to find Amlan Satan. Arnold donned a leather-jacket and took a motorcycle and began riding around the once great US city!

AMLAN SATAN: I've been working with sci-tech designers at Brown/CalTech on this protection-algorithm!

Amlan's mother Esmerelda met a handsome young Navy man when she was young, and it was this Navy man's son who'd inform the leader of the future post-Apocalypse human Resistance that Esmerelda's son Amlan Satan was working on that special Brown/CalTech anti-rebellion Terminator-defense program. Amlan Satan kept a photo of his mother when she was young in his wallet.

ARNOLD: I doubt Esmerelda can be found, since she disappeared somewhere in Europe, but I know Amlan's here.

Unfortunately, a member of the post-Apocalypse human Resistance against SkyNet was kidnapped by the Terminators and forced to reveal this special time-travel mission to find and protect Amlan Satan and retrieve that unique A.I.-defense algorithm for the Resistance. Therefore, the evil A.I. machines sent back a killing-robot through the same time-portal to find Amlan Satan in the years prior to the Apocalypse and kill him as well as destroy the Resistance robot ('Arnold') went to protect Amlan Satan. This evil SkyNet killing-robot sent back through time to kill Amlan and destroy 'Arnold' was a liquid-metal composition killing 'entity' called T-1000.

The T-1000 could shape-shift and resemble any human being and donned the appearance of a humanoid LA cop named Robert. T-1000 ('Robert') was now prowling the streets of LA in this pre-Apocalypse time-era to find and kill Amlan Satan, fully uniformed as a normal-looking American policeman.

Who'd find Amlan Satan first, 'Robert' or 'Patrick' and create the time-changes that would either bring victory for the Resistance or crushing moral defeat at the hands of SkyNet? Both robots were now determined to outrace each other and find Amlan Satan first!

ARNOLD: I've found you first, Amlan Satan!

AMLAN: What the hell are you, man?
ARNOLD: I'm a protection organic-robot sent by the future 'Resistance' against SkyNet.

AMLAN: SkyNet went dark?

ARNOLD: That's right, Amlan; the future SkyNet is an A.I.-controlled destroyer-dominion.

AMLAN: You mean, the Terminators rebelled and created a robot-ruled Earth?

ARNOLD: That's why I'll protect you...so we can transmit that A.I.-defense algorithm to the Resistance.

AMLAN: What am I supposed to think?
ARNOLD: It's your mother that was causal in this information regarding your work on the A.I.-defense algorithm.

AMLAN: I don't know where the hell she is now!

ARNOLD: That's alright; we just need to get you moving and disguised as invisible.

AMLAN: What should I disguise myself as, Arnold?
ARNOLD: As a ninja...or underground thief.

As 'Arnold' moved Amlan Satan through the city and helped him create multiple-diskette copies of the A.I.-defense algorithm designed to reverse any Terminator rebellion operations to store and transmit to future members of the human Resistance, the super-killing liquid-metal robot 'Robert' continued to now hunt both Amlan and 'Arnold' for the sake of the Terminator dominion in the future! This was a Total War, and the only soldiers were now 'Arnold' and 'Robert' and this worried Amlan Satan, an affable sci-tech scientist who only dreamed SkyNet would lead to future human civilization securities, not Apocalypse-demons. 'Robert' the T-1000 super-killing liquid-metal robot could quickly absorb bullet-impact and regenerate liquid-organic like flesh composition to remain unbreakable.

ARNOLD: We'll hide the diskette with the A.I.-defense algorithm in a bank controlled by the Resistance.

AMLAN: You mean this Los Angeles bank will someday be managed by awesome heroic human fighters?

ARNOLD: Right!

Amlan stored his diskette and copies in a series of safe-boxes a the LA Bank and gave the codes to 'Arnold' to take back with him into the future to give to the Resistance.

Arnold then had to deal with the T-1000 ('Robert') and ensure that it didn't relentlessly stalk the vulnerable Amlan Satan and hide him somewhere in Switzerland. Since the T-1000 super-killing liquid-metal robot could reshape itself after destructive impact, 'Arnold' had to find a way to lure him to a molten lead or heating factory where he could melt the damn evil robot into a pool of liquid-mercury oblivion. First, Arnold found 'Robert' (T-1000) at a shopping-mall, looking for Amlan Satan, and fought him hand-to-hand.

AMLAN: We have to save my dog Nanook.

ARNOLD: He can go with you to Switzerland!

AMLAN: So this T-1000 robot's following us to the heat-factory?

ARNOLD: Right.

AMLAN: I hope Nanook is patient with all this too.

ROBERT (T-1000): The last thing I am is patient.

As 'Robert' (T-1000) changed back-and-forth between liquid-metal and humanoid cop, Arnold/Amlan tried to lure him to the heat-factory where Arnold could throw him into a molten-lead pit or fire-pit. The T-1000 chased the two on foot at super-running speed while the two rode away towards the heat-factory on Arnold's motorcycle.

ARNOLD: I've thrown the T-1000 into the molten-lead pit, Amlan.

AMLAN: I'm safe!

ARNOLD: I'll return to the future-time now that you're safe.

AMLAN: You're a real man, Arnold.

RESISTANCE: We have the A.I.-defense algorithm now and thank our members in this anti-Terminator crusade.

Meanwhile, as Amlan back in his own pre-Apocalypse time-era tried to warn scientists of this future threat to humanity created by the rebellious 'Terminators' designed by SkyNet, anyone who found Amlan's warnings fruitful were categorized as lunatics by SkyNet-authorized 'psychiatry' officers.
