Will a true ninja-cop arise in Gotham City to deal with the criminal-insanity created by the blood-diamond bank robbery gang known as Red Hood?

No one knew who exactly donned the mantle of leader/captain of the nefarious and diabolical Red Hood Gang in Gotham City. All that was really known was that this organized underground dark gang in the emergent city of criminal insanity was carrying out methodical bank robberies in the name of blood-diamond purification. Now, blood-diamonds are warlord-mined gems from Africa/Europe used to fund terrorism! Blood-diamonds were now being smuggled into the city of Gotham by fat-cat barons seeking to make the city an American 'hub' of terrorism-financing. Red Hood Gang wanted to undo this trend in Gotham by carrying out multiple systematic robberies of the safe-boxes of Gotham barons from the 3 major Gotham banks to expose these barons in the national media as socialized fools.

The three "Baron Heists" carried out by the Red Hood Gang were rather stunning! Red Hood Gang robbed the first bank on a Saturday morning, using water-guns filled with acid to burn a hole through the safe-box of Baron Goldfinger and then sending the photos of the heist to the Gotham Gazette. Red Hood robbed the second bank on a Friday afternoon, using a theatrical stunt involving an inside-man and a fake hostage with recorded statements made by the bank manager. Red Hood robbed the third bank on a Thursday morning, using a series of staged customer account openings followed by a series of entered Red Hood thieves threatening vault-guardsmen with daggers pre-hidden inside the bank bathroom. The Gotham Gazette called this a deliberate attack on the prestige and mystique of Gotham baron control.

Who'd stop such a criminal enterprise? Obviously, Red Hood Gang wanted to use this format of baron-subversion to create an anti-vigilante view on the nature of baron-rebellion in Gotham City. This is not standard justice. After all, normal detective procedures for the cessation of terrorism-linked blood-diamond traffic in Gotham City would involve basic attention on the highways of diamond inspection and diamond smuggling into the harbors of the great but troubled capitalism-symbolic city. All that was needed now was the right sort of 'ninja-cop' in Gotham who'd be able to interrupt Red Hood Gang's systematic violent attack on baron blood-diamond spheres, and such a ninja would have to be both bank-savvy and bank-dissecting to determine exactly what kinds of blood-diamond traffic would be used to pervert criminal-insanity...and deformity!
